Snow day guidelines

Guidelines for having a good snowday:
1. Snuggle your sweetie (your original sweetie, the one you married) in bed while the kids get up and play on their own for a while.
2. Enormous breakfast. We recommend cinnamon rolls, clementines, scrambled eggs, bacon, and potatoes/onions/peppers.
3. Go play in the snow to work off some of the breakfast.
4. Come back in and have a hot chocolate party.
5. Refrigerator cleanout for lunch since you stayed outside playing too long and don't have time to cook anything.
6. Unrushed baths for the kids.
7. Put jammies on even though it's only 2:00.
8. Watch Shaun the Sheep while snuggling and/or crocheting.
9. Occasionally put in a load of laundry in case you feel the need to be productive. But don't fold any of it; it is a snow day after all.
10. Play Wii.
11. Homemade pizza for supper.
12. Smooth-sailing bedtimes.
13. Dream about getting to repeat it another day.
